Project inquiries

The project inquiry tool prepares an email in your own email application. It does not submit the form to a website database. Your message is delivered only when you send it through your email provider. Information you email may include your name, organization, contact information, and project details. We use it to respond, assess project fit, prepare proposals, and manage related business communications.

Technical information

The hosting provider may process standard connection and security information, such as IP addresses, requested pages, and browser details, to operate and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive technical connection information. This site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics platform.

Sharing and retention

Business communications may be processed by email and hosting service providers. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect legitimate rights. Inquiry information is retained as needed for business correspondence, project administration, and applicable recordkeeping obligations.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting us. Requests are subject to applicable requirements and necessary business records. Do not send passwords, regulated data, or confidential project files through an initial inquiry. Project-specific data handling requirements are agreed separately.
